Join us for a special dinner featuring a 5 course meal paired with 5 unique beers.
The cost for the event is $50 per person.
Social Hour begins at 5:30 and you will get Tomato Herb Crostini Topped with Third Coast Old Ale Pesto, Goat Cheese, Roasted Tomatoes and Asparagus paired with Bell’s Third Coast Old Ale.
At 6:30 you’ll be served Amber Braised Buffalo Pot Pie. Stuffed Buffalo in a pie crust cup, topped off with a fresh beet and cabbage slaw and paired with Bell’s Amber Ale.
Your next course is Vegetable Salad on Romaine with raddish, carrot, zucchini and yellow squash dressed in a peach and Oarsmen Ale Vinaigrette on a whole Romain leaf sprinkled with Parmesan crusted, sliced almonds and paired with Bell’s Pale Ale.
Next on the menu is Pheasant Pizza made with Best Brown Ale gravy base, braised Pheasant, wild rice, stuffing, yellow squash, fontina and mozzarella cheese. Garnished with dried cranberries and paired with Bell’s Best Brown Ale.
After that you will enjoy the Dessert Tower containing Kalamazoo bread pudding underneath a special Double Cream Stout Mousse and topped off with a Cherry Stout Whipped Cream. Your dessert will be paired with a Flight of Bell’s Kalamazoo Stout, Special Double Cream Stout and Cherry Stout.
Lastly, you’ll receive Digestif. Featuring Bell’s Java Stout Sprinkled with Mint Chocolate Candy.
